I have a friend that has done it and she has had great results. She took before and after pictures and you can really tell the difference. I am thinking about getting it as well after I saw her results.

I graduated in 1986 - 25 years ago and weighed at 135 lbs. I am 5'6" and 135 was skinnny for me. I have never been below 130 lbs. Today, I am at 195 but I would like to be around 150. At my heavyist I was 230....

Agree with the guys above. Just stick to a clean diet and regular excerise and you should be able to lose the weight.

^^^^This is true! You need to up your calories to 1600 or 1700 AND eat your calories back from exercises.....Listen to your body and don't starve yourself. Make good choices with your eating - limit processed foods and eat REAL food so you don't starve yourself.

Just do it!! Strength training burns more fat than traditional Cardio. There are a ton of websites that will show you how to do it and you can go to youtube as well and type in the search engine "strength training" and find a ton of videos. Yogurt - too much extra sugar Soda - even diet Coffee Sugar Pasta Bed - like someone else saying - I am going to try to stay out of the bed during the day. Log everything - even it I cheat.....log it!! No ice cream at all. NO pizza!! I don't know if I can do all that but I am going to try my best!!!

Which one would you recommend? I am looking for something small like this. I have a My Mio watch but I can't wear when I am kick boxing and you have to stop to take your heartrate to the get the calories burned. I don't like doing that.
