I started today and I think I am going to invest into an HRM. I really don't know how many Calories I burned. I switched to the Prep Class for the first 60 days to get ready for the HIIT classes because my knees are hurting and to get familiar with the moves. It is fun!

Hey guys, I am waiting for mine to arrive. I have completed Turbo Jam and love Chalene so I went the next step and got Turbo Fire. Can't wait to get started! Greek yogurt - too much sugar! Deli meats - so much sodium Peanut Butter - so many calories in such a small serving Nutella - same as above Anything in a fast food place - I had a sandwich the other day at Arby's for lunch - 648 calories with a lot of fat!!! Great topic!!!

I do not recommend getting HRM without a chest strap - it is a waste of mondy because you have to constantly check your heartrate with the watch. If you don't want a chest strap - get a FitBit or a BodyBug. You will like it so much more.

I, too, gave up coffee in February. Just stopped cold turkey. I haven't gone back to drinking it but I can tell you I am losing more weight then when I was continue to drink 2-3 cups a day. Now, i just drink water or tea. No sodas for me either.

To OP: I had also recently tried Hillshire Farms Grilled Chicken and you know (Gasp) I liked it as well. I think it is a great alternative to eating out and it is quick and easy to grab and go when you need a quick lunch idea. Thank you for the suggestion!
