I hated running until I did the Couch 2 5K program. It is amazing! I've lost 68 Ibs and run 15-20 miles a week.

C25K is Couch 2 5k. It is usually a 9 week training plan to help you run a 5k (3.1 mile) race. I have been on it for 7 weeks. I love it.
