Thanks for all the input!! I'm starting it tomorrow--- going to do harder in the morning and easier after work plus my cardio!! picture is going to be taken tonight-- hopefully see some progress!!

I fell off the wagon a while back-- hadn't exercised in a long time. After joining MFP and making a commitment to get healthy I told myself that to get healthy I not only needed good food but a good work out!! Even if its 15 min-- seeing results is what keeps me going back!! I think my solid workouts have contributed a lot…

I weigh-in and measure every Sunday morning--- but usually I'll check in with where I'm at on Wednesday mornings!! Sometimes you may lose inches and not a lot of weight, which is just as good (which is why I do both)!! Good luck on your journey!
