I personally take P90X Results and Recovery and have tried the new beachbody performance recovery and recharge. The r&r i have taken regularly and it has really helped with the muscle soreness in my legs

Love the workouts. Just finished 10 minute trainer Sunday. It was my get started program but I mixed it with P90X, P90X3, Insanity, T25, Power 90, and 21 Day Fix just to add more as I got back into it all.Lost 12 lbs last month and my before and after pictures already showed the difference. I am doing training for a…

You may see changes within a month. It all depends on your body. I took before pictures at the first of august and after today because I finished up the program I was doing. You can already see the changes. Everyone is different. You may see the inches falling off sooner than you think.

Just about any wild meat has to be done right. Not sure how you really mess squirrel up. Main way people cook it is frying the legs up like chicken. It can be really tough though at times. Young squirrel is the best really for frying. Older ones are great thrown in a crock pot with bbq sauce and slow cooked for 7-8 hours.…

Yes P90X can be done. There are modifiers if you feel you need them.

Depends on what you want to do really. P90X2 is more for strength and muscle building. Insanity is more for the cardio. Both are great programs. Like kicknoley said if time is also an issue you may want to look at Max 30 and then also at P90X3 it is also only 30 minutes.

No such thing as a cheat day with me. If I decide I want something I will have it. I found that if I put it off for very long when I finally did have it I over indulged. This happened the other day. I went to the deli to get some ham and they had homemade S'mores Pie there for sale. I saw it and decided I would have a…

I have not done the workout myself. Have tried one of them from it though. That said yes people get results from it.

I take them when I finish a program. I took one at the first of the month and will be taking one at the end. I don't know how much change I will see in that. I start something new this coming month and wont take another until the end of Oct. Pretty much just personal preference really.

While there are some that will push and push on things some of us give honest feedback and reviews and try to help people to the best of our ability.

Tried one of the workouts the other day. I am not quite up to level for doing insanity but with that said I did love it.

Organic or not really doesn't matter. If you really want to eat more organic, grow a garden and raise and kill your own meat. I have not been able to grow a garden recently like I would like so I just buy from the store or hit up farmers markets/amish when I can. As for meats, I don't have time to raise chickens and such,…

I have used diet pills in the past. The last time was a couple years ago. I used ACE then. I only used it for a month or two. Really I just used it to get my appetite under control which it did help. Once I had that under control eating right was not a problem and I stopped using them and just ate right and did my daily…

I haven't tried all of 21df but know a bunch who have and liked it. I did try one of the workouts yesterday and really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone from beginner to advanced. I have not tried BBL but I have heard many who enjoyed it.

I weigh about every 2 wks always in the morning. I might jump on the scale first thing in the morning some days in between just to see how things look but I don't worry about it. I need to start measuring again as well. It is to easy to get discouraged if you weigh every day. Big thing is scales lie. It's why measurements…

Neither of these are for adding muscle mass. They are more for burning fat and strengthening your core and flexibility. You don't build as much muscle while eating at a deficit. Building muscle requires heavier lifting to get the muscles to become stronger. For that you would look more at other programs such as Body Beast.

I can say I used/use one when doing any of the cardio like Insanity. It seemed to work out to be fairly right as my first time around 2 yrs ago I lost 40 lbs in 4 months and logged everything. I am looking to get a new one here soon as the one I have likes to fight me to often to check my heart rate. I say use it man.

It all depends on what you want to do with it. You do a different workout each day though. You will want a resistance bands or small set of weights for some of the workouts.

Make sure you are eating right and all first and drinking plenty of water. I have found though that satisfying the craving is the best way. Just do it with moderation. Like yesterday for me I ran to the deli for some ham. They had s'mores pie and was just an instant craving so I bought me a piece. Loved every bite. If you…

Lol yea it can take some getting used to. I may be over or under on somethings like my meats. One thing that helped me was I had some little serving bowls of some kind. I found out they measured exactly at 1/2 cup so I was able to learn pretty easy that way what portions of say cottage cheese or most of the veggies should…

I know a lot of people push for the food scale but I have not used one at all. I watch what I eat and I can generally measure out everything pretty well. I eat healthy and work out 6 days a week with one rest day. I workout anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I did this before and lost close to 40 lbs in 4 months. I did…

I have been there with you. My work had me hopping at one time bad, plus life just took its toll in a lot of ways. I just got back on track. It was all a matter of I knew I wanted to be healthy and when I looked at the scale one day it just disgusted me and I said no more. I know my life is about to once again be hectic in…

Mostly it is the artificial sweetners that are in it that cause the problems. That said, this can explain it better than I can. http://www.prevention.com/health/effects-diet-soda

Calories are calories. However, drinking them like it would seem you are is not good nor are you getting the proper nutrition. I usually only drink my calories if I am not in a place where I can eat or when my main options are fast food. There are times though I will have one of my shakes for breakfast or lunch. I tend to…

5-6 days a week is fine. The program is designed to be 1 workout a day, 6 days a week with 1 rest day. If you don't have a bb coach they are handy to have and the free membership to beachbody lets you track your workout with a calendar on the website. If you would like some more info on it feel free to message me. Don't…

When you look at the vitamins and such. Can think what you want. I personally don't push anyone to buy it. I just let them know that for me it does tend to help. And yea they talk about a cleanse with it but it is not a big pushing point unless someone is making it out to be. As for energy, I don't know. Possibly it gives…

Feel free to add me and welcome to see what I eat daily by my food diary. I used to eat bad too but have changed it up and gotten back to the good stuff.

Good job on all of it. One thing That I didn't see anyone really mention (may have over looked it) scales lie. Do depend on them as your main source to tell. Only weigh every couple of weeks to keep from getting discouraged. The best thing you can do is take your measurements and watch those. Measure them every couple of…

A lot of people down Shakeology all the time. Personally I like it better than most everything else. When you actually look at it it is not just a protein powder. It has more other nutrients than pretty much everything else. If you can afford it I say enjoy. If you can't use something else. I tried the other protein stuff…

A rest day is good for you. If you feel like you want to do something do some stretch exercises. Just something to loosen up the body that really doesn't get your heart rate going.
