- I know I'm not a sexy lady like you all.... just sexxy  anywayz.. my recommendation for stopping cravings is a sauteed mushroom and peeling and eating a cucumber raw - this for me will stop carb cravings immediately.

So so so so so so thankful I'm a dude... It can sometimes be hard enough to stay on track let alone have to deal with that hassle.

I appreciate you looking further into that! =D There is this mammoth of a strength lifter at my gym that I is really really informative, and he just said the same thing you did regarding the carbs over fat. He said in particular "Irish oats", "sweet Potato". So looks like I'll be learning how to cook sweet potato's - he…

- well that is ground breaking news to me because I hardly consume many carbs.... I was leaning more towards protein and fats because fats I thought are easier to burn. I'll research the merits and benefits of carbs more. Thanks Max!!!

thanks :drinker: I'm trying this... 3000 calories 4 days a week :smokin: FTW!!! But let me also say I did notice that over all body composition didn't benefit from the excess protein, over the normal 0.8 - 1.0 gr It just noted less BF increase. - good to know...I still may be consuming more protein 1.5-2 gr just to take…
-
BCAAs - I read about the benefits - however I also read to avoid these until I hit my first plateau. - you agree with that or should I incorporate that into my daily intake? And diet - so reading that right, you are recommending high protein consumption as in.. 200-215 grams daily (40-45%)- lean meats and protein shakes?…

I recommend making sure that your consumption is primarily lean meats and lots of eggs.. avoid the filler carps that don't fill.. get those macros in check.. But yeah def increase the amount you are consuming.
-
^right off the bat I'm ganna say maybe kick your metabolism into high gear and eat lighter meals but space them out throughout the day? What does "eating right" mean? - what type of diet? - perhaps get your macros in check and up your protein intake?

^solid advice. I will say I avoid breads all together the vast majority of the time (Free Panera kicked me in the toosh today tho) ... I feel like I eat practically gluten free and I feel great, but the results are from a deficit - I can eat a surplus eating this same basically gluten free diet and I will gain weight... I…

Well you certainly got my attention
-
^fair point. as I was, there is a great deal more to it then my generalization. @SunofaBeach14 " I think it's a balance of having your material/physical needs met, your social needs met, helping others, and not being a greedy *kitten* about it. That's me though. " -Once again I agree- its a great deal about just finding…
