I have a flex and it is marvellous. I don't drive and walk everywhere so I make sure to walk my 5 mile target every day. The only way to do this I can see would be to amputate a limb. Please don't do that - stick with a healthy 2lb-per-week loss and plenty of exercise and good food. Good luck!
