I do 60-65 mins on the eliptical usually I burn between 600-750 calories and 4 miles or so. When I started I could only do about 10 mins at level 1. Now i change it up from level 1 for 5 mins--level 5 for 30 mins---level 10 for 15 mins---level 5 for 10mins and then a 5min cool down.

I was getting obsessed with the scale-- I ended up moving it to another room that I dont go into everyday--This lessened my temptation to weigh, I also weighed almost everyday and got frustrated because it would show a lose one day and a 3lb gain the next...UGH.....
