  • people staring at me, not finding clothes that fit being unhealthy being called fat when i wear shorts around people ive never met being with my really skinny friends and having the guys hit on her because they are big breasted, and perfect bodies

  • it only adds "water" weight for a day and its good weight, it flushes out all the nonsense you put in your body for the day .. it's x amount of water per x amount of calories and ESPECIALLY SODIUM. and besides water is just a vital part of healthy living and life all together
  • well technically you should change your daily things , like when you first signed up you would put moderatley active or something just up that, and it will change everything because you dont really log REGULAR daily routine

  • you can't spot reduce, it just happens your overall body % goes down you can work on an area more for muscle but you cant really target that area

  • i did turbo jam, but for some reason i got to a point where im like i cant do this i try and do the videos usually only 20 min of them when i do but my muscles just drop my energy level lowers ?! do you think its because im an athlete and im use to high intensity cardio and not dancing :S
  • i burn roughly 270 in 27 minutes on lower intensity but going full force, so i guess its really all different for everyone you should get a HRM
  • how do you get to mix 2 and 3? i can only ever find mix 1 !!!? and i definitley lost some inches from it but i got off track again
  • i go to the gym once a week, and try and get some cardio/ stretches in as much as i can at home i barely do. i've lost 27lbs just eating healthy in the last month and a half.. so no you don't have to, but once i lose 20lbs more ill be heading to the gym to tone myself up

  • i heard for the height it's anywhere around 120? but click tools at the top of your page . then click either BMI or BMR i forget whcih one tells you what average weight you should hold, and then once you get to that MAX weight it tells you go to your doctor for an actual response
  • 10lbs. but i never went on a diet, my first day into my lifestyle change i just ate soup and veggies. so that instantly dropped weight water weight , then i sat around and hoped for the best.
