i want a gym membership but i'm nervous to workout alone is this just me ? or is anyone else like that !? i really want to go to the gym atleast three times a week but i dont want to alone, and none of my friends have time to go with me

should i be eating all of my calories? currently for the night im 300 calories under ! but i'm only sopose to eat a certain amount of servings of eat category a day for a proper weightloss, and i'm pretty much there for most of them and i don't want to exceed it .. anyone of any ideas !? and SHOULD I eat them ?

anyone else LOVE the less jiggle feeling ? when you use to sit down and shake your legs you'd feel a lot, or when you were running you felt the extra. and now that you've lost weight you love the feeling that it's not as bad as it was ! LOVE THIS FEEEEELING.

i'm getting my bike fixed then am going to start riding A LOT and as much as I can, instead of running and my workout videos throughout the summer has anyone found bike riding to be a sufficient weight loss for them and make them more toned?

i walk around all night, i sweat. and i walk pretty fast like actually very fast to get the job done . i caculate this as excersise right ? i come home in pain ! sheer pain.
