jiggle factor

anyone else LOVE the less jiggle feeling ? when you use to sit down and shake your legs you'd feel a lot, or when you were running you felt the extra. and now that you've lost weight you love the feeling that it's not as bad as it was ! LOVE THIS FEEEEELING.

    I definitely still have the jiggle factor its just decreased and it feels AWESOME! I don't like to eat jello so I don't want my body moving like it.

    For me it's when I jump or run. No more feeling embarrassed by that "jiggle".

    YES!! And my husband always says "good for you" when I mention it with a silly "You crazy girl" look on his face!! That was until this past week he told me he had been noticing how good I was looking lately - I FELT INCREDIBLE!!

    I absolutely know what you are talking about! My thighs and butt are toning up and its great to feel less jiggling and more muscle in motion when I work out.
    That has been my biggest surprise since starting this journey - the scale may not be moving down as fast as I want but everything else is firming up and looking better!

    Forgot to ask - any particular workout you are using to tone up? I'm always looking for pointers, LOL!
