how do you log level one of thirty day shred :)? please and thanks.

    I added it as a personal exercise and log it that way. I am pretty good at judging the amount of calories I burn so it's worked. Most people that I know that do it log it as "circuit training-general" for 20-25 minutes pendent on if you include the stretch!
