all of my calories

should i be eating all of my calories? currently for the night im 300 calories under ! but i'm only sopose to eat a certain amount of servings of eat category a day for a proper weightloss, and i'm pretty much there for most of them and i don't want to exceed it .. anyone of any ideas !? and SHOULD I eat them ?

    Is everything else over except calories. Carbs, fat, sodium, protein? If you have everything go for it Or find something that will fit into your goals.
