calories. i use to do weight watchers (old school) not this points crap worked like a charm. now i just make sure i eat my calories, and through healthy foods not junk nor cookies. veggies, fruits, breads, getting the pyramid in ! and i havent eaten processed meat since 2010 unless necessary

i did, 10lbs down within the first ( of fat) 10 with water weight, and my pants size changed and my chub got slightly smaller maybe not big time. but you notice results they do show

how late at night do you eat? because you may be eating really late at night making yourself weigh more the next morning.. because first thing after peeing and no drinking anything in the SAME outfit or naked every week gives accurate results for baically everyone

nothings wrong with that at all ! if its what you prefer to eat then you prefer to eat it, i have the same breakfast every single day and basically the same lunch while in school.

it really depends on your body type, what your eating, and how your excersising it may or may not be a good thing i highly suggest going to a nutrionist or a doctor just because they specifically know whats best for your body not the people on MFP :)

probably your period, it always makes you gain 5 pounds i dont weigh in during my period

inches are more important than the weight, inches makes you flat and losing the extra flab ! dont lose a pound? dont worry about it, every few weeks measure yourself !

not really, unless when you pan fry you pan fry in butter then yes. grilling them doesnt change, and steaming only keeps in the nutritional value comapred to calories

well making it thin crust is the best option without thin crust your adding a CRAP load of extra calories within the bread alone

i dont think it really matters how much you weigh, its different for everyone and depending on how they lost i was 230 lbs when i started took me 20lbs to get from size 18 to a 16. its different for everyone ! just keep going :D

try less processed foods, and more vegetables and fruits also drink as much water as your body allows in one day . everything else seems alright, just keep working on it , it'll come :)

i lost ten lbs in a week by , cleanse eating day one, then eating fruit for an entire day then autmoatically changing my eating pattern. since it was my first "diet" life style change, i lost 10lbs in a week.

get a running partner, because it's unlikely it will happen again but if it does do you really want to be the victim in this case? and i'd run with a whistle personally and i have, and i always stuff my CELL in my bra or somewhere safe. it's precautions but running buddy best option

it was very accurate actually, i caculated all of mine and i eat 1200 on non active days and eat close to 1400 on active days . wow , this was close in numbers . and i switched my % to see if theres a change, i wasnt very far off from the beginning

you know what i do, k so if i lose 2lbs a week or even more, then i treat myself once on weigh in day with the fattiest , greasiest or sweetest thing i want so it curves my cravings and i dont crave it the rest of the week

it may be your "last 10 lbs" and if you've ever heard of those they ARE THE HARDEST to lose, so really intensify your cardio

i close the bathroom door , put on heavy clothing like jeans and sweaters all the time so i know it's inaccurate if i step on it and its a waste of my time if i do

when you first signed up you're soposed to put very active if that's your lifestyle. you never add your daily activity as excersise becauses its not excersise if your body is use to it . its just daily routine

it's the only way to curve my sweet tooth, without it i think i'll cheat so oh well, if God wants to send me a heart attack well I know i am strong enough, and He doesn't want that for me, so i think i'll continue drinking it
