20lbs my first month, but it's only because i lost 10lbs in my first week due to cleansing , and i've never been on a diet before so everything just washed right out of my body ! starting weight 228lbs.

so when you guys say less carbs this means less breads yes ? because i only on average have around 6 servings of bread a day i count them . is that too much ? and it's basically all weight watchers bread so it's healthy . so up my protein? i have 4 oz on average a day as well. and i do turbo jam whenever i can

just do research on all of the sites, and if you go to a fancy restaurant or a more of a sit down and dine out one ask them to make it with little butter or extra sides as possible, and subsitute fries for the healthy stuff etc.. go with water or diet sodas, :)

well your fitness pal should tell you when you made it roughly, as long as you were accurate with your requirments. cut back on carbs, LOTS of water , fruits veggies. smaller portions AND NEVER EVER skip breakfast. you'll get there

you're most likely pleateauing , happens every once in a while. honestly just keep active, keep eating healthy and work past it . and always keep your thoughts positive

go to your doctor, :) because sure he may worry about you but he doesn't know . scheduale a appointment when you hit 200lbs , and ask where should i go and what are my limits.

same thing happened for me dropped 10lbs my first week, and am now about 2lbs a week .
