Every scale is different so Don't worry about the scale especially if you're feeling better!! If your clothes are looser that's amazing and your losing inches :) lots of times you lose inches before pounds so you're on the right track. Keep up the good work!!

I had to give up dairy, I replaced my milk with unsweetened almond milk which is very yummy. Also there's pretty good butter substitutes out there, and a lot of coconut milk based things to use (or soy). Coconut oil can be used in place of butter too. As far as cheese, I hated the daiya and never found a good cheese…
