This is such a great idea! I'm going to for sure do this today at the gym...excellent way to put things into perspective. I have been feeling like 15 lbs is nothing lately since I can't even get 1 more off but you're right...its a lot of weight!

I think my best suggestion for you would be to tone it down on the snacks. Your snacks should not be more calories than your meals. Try to eat just a piece of fruit or some cottage cheese or toast or something for your snacks and add something else to your actual meals. You might want to stay away from late night snacking…

Just use high calorie, healthy foods...nuts like cashews and almonds, avacados, lean meats, etc. Go get yourself some guacamole! That'll do it in a minute. An avacado has 289 calories and hardly feels like anything cuz its a veggie.
