Some people don't like to eat the fats. I always just use 2-3 egg whites, personally, when they are scrambled. If I am cooking them whole i leave the yolk.

For restaurants i use the Unified LIfestyle Restaurant app, its pretty great and shows most restaurants! I then just create a food on MFP to log my calories(:

Olives! They make me gag if i even just taste one =X I also dont like raw zuchinni, lima beans, and anything with noticable grease. bleh.

Coffee with creamer is the only "unhealthy" thing i can't give up! Just make sure you measure the creamer, you would be surprised how much more you are really putting in if you don't! (:
