I don't use a food scale. I don't want to have to go that far with watching what I eat. I'm just trying to eat clean. I will however add nuts butter and a little dairy to the equation, i do love yogurt!! Mmmmmm....yogurt!! :blush:

Ive been eating light for about two weeks now. I havent lost but I havent gained either and this is with working out.

Thanks guys ...... I took the advice of Go_Mizzou99 and had a glass of water ...just had a tuna sandwich. thanks for all the input , hopefully this will not happen again....such a sucky feeling

I usually do 15-20 minutes of HIIT cardio then lift. The ONLY reason I do this is because I ASSUME if the cardio keeps my heart rate up then lifting after will contrubute to keeping it somewhat up there. Again, just my way of justifying how i work out :wink:
