Thanks folks! I appreciate all your comments and suggestions. I actually tried Armour back when I was 18 and it did not sit well with my body. I developed rashes etc. and was quickly moved back to something synthetic. I have had my labs tested multiple times recently and on paper they appear normal. These have been fasting…
