With BBQ and Cheeseburger more then likely its water retention from the sodium. Should clear out in a few days. The scale thing is also an issue as you won't always get the same readings from different scales.

I cut my calories way too far and i ended up with a buzzing sound in my ears and an extremely slow metabolism. I've managed to get my metabolism going again, but the buzzing sound is sporadic. Both are a result from rapid weight loss.

Subjective terms. As others have mentioned, get a scale. You can gain weight on what is perceived as"healthy" food just as you can on what is perceived as "unhealthy." I would suspect though since you ate out, it might be water retention from increase in salt. I fluctuate 5 pounds on a regular basis. Doesn't mean that you…

Peanut butter cup, but I love their pistachio. I can never find it locally.

My biggest issue (with similar issues as yours) is that i was focused on fibre. It wasn't until i posted here that i was reminded that you also have to make sure you are eating enough fat. As it was so hilariously put, "you have to grease the traps."

Your intake log is private. Would you make it public so we can take a look and what you are consuming?

Depends where you shop as well. I feed out family of 5 with about $400 a month by mostly shopping at Aldi.

1135 days and 128 pounds. Had to slow down for a while because i cut my calories too low and started experiencing metabolism issues.

I've dropped 100 lbs on calorie counting mostly. I have mobility issues so exercise was minimal in the past. I've been doing better now so i incorporated weight lifting. Down a total of 128 to date. I still eat pizza, ice cream, etc. just do it smarter and make sure i fit them into my calories for the day.

I use either cashew milk, or have bought almond milk creamer before. I've also tried it with protein powder. You just have to be careful with protein powder because it can clump up. For me the protein powder alone is sweet enough to where i don't have to add sugar.

Severely restricting your calories is unnecessary and can prove counter productive. I messed up my metabolism by severely restricting my calories and the weight hasn't come off as easy as it was in the beginning. I've been eating at maintenance for the last couple of months and it has improved my metabolism. I don't plan…

Thats the main reason i took up sewing. A couple of stitches and things fit better. I have a stack of clothes waiting at home for me to modify a bit.

Doesn't this comment answer your original question?

When i crave something, i eat it but make sure i have calories enough to fit the item into my daily allotment.
-
It like everything else, you just need to improve your habits. I used to see a pizza and would make sure I would finish it. After the hard work i've put in and the habits i've changed, i don't feel the need to do that anymore. Keep going at it and you'll see that your mindset will change.

Yay, more arbitrary rule.

Most of the calories (at least its what i've found) are in the pizza crust especially if you order something like pan pizza. I tend to order thin crust which is a lot less bread. When i'm in the mood for pizza, i make sure i bank some calories during the day so i can eat pizza and not go over my calories.

Not just respect, but if something happens to my kid, i want to know where i'm going to go find this person.
-
Just for contrast. My kids are my life. If i'm asked not to bring them, that will probably be the last time I speak with you.
-
Assuming MFP gave you that number and you didn't get that randomly or using a different method.

I have very limited mobility at time as i have two hips with osteoarthritis. Exercise was not my main focus although I'm able to do more now. My main focus was to maintain a calorie restriction simply by eating smarter. I didn't cut out any food i liked; more like making sure portions were where they should be. I've…

Weight Loss is achieved thru a calorie deficit. Walking will help you achieve more of a deficit and is a good start for fitness, but focusing on your intake is crucial.

Also, if your logging on your phone app and expect to see it on your desktop it doesn't always works that way. You may have logged it on your phone but the phone may not have connected instantly and is waiting for a better connection to update. Not saying that's what happen to you but things like this happen.

We don't always see the changes in ourselves. Like others have mentioned, take pictures for comparison. I've lost 125 pounds and sometimes i don't think i look different than i did before except when I go back and see pictures of my face then and now, and there is a huge difference. Yes, i also have the problem with…

The sausage is the issue. Replace the sausage with something else and i think it would drop the fat content. I use soyrizo or lean ham.

Even if the project was agenda driven. Doesn't successful completion of the project negate the idea of the project?
-
Fit it into your calorie goals. I've done it that way and managed to lose 128 pounds.
-
Honest mistake, but brings up a good point. I for one don't want to have to count calories for the rest of my life. I've noticed thought that my estimation of calories based on sight is getting better and ultimately i would like to refine it to where I can come pretty close without having to weight and measure forever. The…

Eggs and steak. Either in an omelet or a scramble. I love having a scramble with some mushroom, spinach and carne asada from the previous night.

Why couldn't you eat the same meals he does, at a lesser volume without interrupting your weight loss? Stay within your calorie limits and you will still lose weight.
