  • Its ground up Linseed, Sunflower seed and almonds and you can buy it in a bag $4 ish from BIN INN (NZ) or healtheries make it too.   • Yeah i agree with you, I used to go to gym 6 day a week WITH a personal trainer but never got the results I wanted, now Ive lost 6kg since feb, toning up nicely and it is achieveable, sustainable and you can eat more but burn it off before bed is my mantra! All the best with your goals.

  • I used to go to FF St Leonards Sydney, it was a great gym, I lost so much weight there. Used to run there from waverton, do my workout then jump in pool for 20 mins cooldown. Miss it!
