100 days in...
Now that I have reached this NSV I have lost 17 lb many centimetres off my measurements and my jeans-o-meter is decreasing to size 12 (Aust/NZ). Fitness level went from Fair to Very good, and body fat 38.8% to 34.4%. Please share your 100 day victories.

...ask if youve gained it. Why is that? Are they so obsessed by what weight I am gaining or losing that they are constantly asking and comparing? Family is the worst at this!

Ground LSA- a quick breakfast

How Do you give up a 25year love of chocolate?
I have to eat it every day whether its a Milo drink, mochacino, or chocolate biscuit but I usually have to have my fix twice a day....need a chocolate patch. Does anyone else have this addiction or successfully curbed their love of chocolate?
