Tin Tuna quick snack

Take Tuna in springwater small tin, drain and mix with juice of 1 lemon. Finely chop a handful of baby spinach and add to tuna. in a separate bowl mix a tblspn of Capers with a teaspoon of Philadelphia extra light Cream cheese and then blend into tuna. Add in chopped celery or chopped cucumber depending on season to your tastes. I love this as a quick meal at work.
