Congratulations! most of us work out at gym but don't realise our fitness till we go for a run. Iam no runner but managed 5mile on Monday. This was from weeks of run walk run excercise so just try that around the block and you might surprise yourself :-)

Darker in the morning then as you rehydrate it clears up....blood in urine can be from too much exercise but tt's something a doc needs to see.

Try doing one deep breath in and three forced breaths out as I had same problem but its most likely due to adhesions. I read up on breathing as it helps the abdominal pressure and takes your mind off pain.

Thats good it worked, yep just drink lots of water to flush your system and add some soluble fibre to diet such as metamucil or benefibre. In NZ we have lots of kiwifruit and they are a great bowel stimulant for breakfast in morning with glass of hot water and lemon juice. Keep tabs on your bowel function, like if you have…
-
You need to get a bowel prep from a pharmacy and go to a doctor as you can die of a bowel obstruction...worry about the money later, can you go to a hospital?
