thanks for the reply. what would you recommend I do? I stopped lifting a week ago to try to get it to shrink back down, should I stick to cardio only for now? Or should I keep lifting and up my calories?

Thanks for all the replies! I guess I should be clearer...I used to not have space between my thighs (I"m not trying to get a 'thigh gap' it was just natural), and now my thighs rub together. When I squeeze my thighs, there's nothing to pinch, it's solid, except for my inner thighs, I can grab that and I never could…
