I feel the same NJMOM but after doing a program so extreme its hard to find anything else that can compare. Chalean Extreme and P90X are next on my list

if you lost alot of weight you may have to have the excess skin removed surgically some insurances will pay the expenses. how much weight did you lose

Ive had many sore mornings. When your sore from a previous workout stretch in the morning when you first get up.

My day was great and productive.Great day with the kids, diet and fitness couldnt ask for better. Yes the word recovery is very misleading the squats and leg workouts are killer. Great job getting through it

Easiest way to put it. Burn fat gain muscle. All you need to do it burn the fat off your midsection by doing cardio 3 to 6 times a week and find a ab routine that works for you and do it 2 to 3 times a week. You will never see abs no matter how many crunches situps or routines you do if you dont burn the fat first.

Im going to add you now. Youll start to love it more then you hate it after a week and you see how much your strength and endurance improves. Just dont give up. Insanity is a challenge but once you start seeing the results you will be excited about the next workout and amazed by what your body can accomplish

It would be feasible if you did one program in the am and another in the evening. You would have to make sure you get alot of rest because the second month of insanity is hard.
