  • Well, I fell off the wagon and am ready to climb back on. My husband and I have health issues and we are no longer young, so it is really in our best interests to lose the weight. I pledge to swim 2X week for one half hour, and to do weights here at home 2X week. Starting today Sept 15, 2015.
