I just saw PB2 for the first time in my store's organic aisle and was curious about it....this sounds good!0
-
I will be doing this0 -
I keep seeing pb2 on groupon. How much does it go for normally? I'm an addict so I went cold turkey off regular PB too fattening....but maybe I can try this..hmmmm0

Sounds tasty....I've got to try it.
BTW, PB2 and the chocolate version can also be found at Wal*Mart (neighborhood markets) and Target as well as camping type stores.0 -

Definitely going to try this!0

PB2 is wonderful. I use it to make a shake with plain almond milk, and it is very low-cal and tastes delicious. Easy to determine your calorie count; I added it to my foods as "Homemade PB shake". I buy it at the local Hy Vee in the health food section. Pricey, sadly...0

*Bumping for future reference.0

Ugh. Like 5 dollars.
It's worth it if you can afford it. If not, just splurge on regular peanut butter.0 -
Thanks, sounds like I'll skip the groupon and give it a try0

I just made this but I used dannon light & fit vanilla yogurt instead of greek yogurt. PB2 in the chocolate flavor, and I added a small graham cracker. I think next time it would be fabulous with a nutter butter cookie and some lite cool whip0

It's delicious with just plain Greek yogurt, to be honest. And I add a bit of stevia. Love it... especially with a few mini chocolate chips.0

I make a "chocolate chip cookie dough" yogurt for breakfast as a splurge some days. 8oz fage plain, 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp honey & 1 tbsp chocolate chips0

I make a "Reese's" smoothie. 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup plain yogurt, 2tbs PB2, 1-2 tsp cocoa, vanilla extract and stevia. One scoop protein powder. I add ice to thicken and blend.
Coffee is a good substitute for the almond milk,btw.0 -
This was fabulous! I didn't have time to freeze it but it was soooo good! I used dannon light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt (80 cals) and one tablespoon of PB20

Just the thing I've been looking for. Thanks.0

I make something similar but add one scoop of Elite Whey cookies n cream protein powder with my Greek yogurt some cinnamon and its a high protein snack and go to work! happy friday to all!0

You can buy PB2 on amazon in bulk if you want. I eat a tablespoon daily in my protein shakes so I bought what turns out to be the equivalent of like 5 or 6 of the $5 canisters for $16. It ships free with prime. Bought it like two month ago, still haven't run out.0

My husband and I love peanut butter anything but haven't tried PB2 yet. Will try to find some to try this out.I make a "chocolate chip cookie dough" yogurt for breakfast as a splurge some days. 8oz fage plain, 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp honey & 1 tbsp chocolate chips
This also sounds extremely delicious and I have all the ingredients to make it tomorrow for breakfast. Thanks!0 -
The idea for today's recipe was sent to me by a Weelicious reader. Her kid loves when she makes it and so she wanted to share it with me. I altered it slightly and it turned out to be just as big of a hit with my two kids as it was with her's.
I tend to make savory dips, but sweet ones like this Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip can be a fun change of pace and since it's made with Greek yogurt and any kind of nut butter your family enjoys, it's also a great way to give your kids a double shot of protein.
