I think I need less than 86g a day because I'm not losing. It's very hard to do. I think I'm going to look at your journal...maybe try some things different. I need to stay at 1400 cals

I guess I will lower my carbs. I eat nothing refined. I eat non starchy veggys and a half of a banana in my pumpkin smoothie. I don't want to buy fat free stuff because I need fat.so my calories I need to figure out how to eat 1400 a day and still stay low carb without being hungry

How can you can have low cals if your eating fat....my fattening foods have way more calories. I eat 1700 to 2000 a day. I still get hungry but not like I used to on high carb

I tried 20 net a day and was shaking. I got scared and starting adding good carbs...I'm at 80 net a day. I read that you could still lose weight between 50 and 100 a day. I have a ton of energy and my mouth is always dry

I do low carb and no sugar ...that's my definition of clean eating

So as long as I stick to my 1430 that mfp gives me I will be ok. ..no matter if I work out or not.

I have so many cheat days....ugghh it's horrible. I had a cheat day today and I feel awful and always do when I cheat. Now I feel like it's going to take days to get back to normal

It's nice to know I have people to talk to....this weight loss thing is hard. I'm 142 now and I'm trying to get back to 137... Which is not a lot but it really makes a difference. I'm just always hungry and it's so hard to stick to the calories that mfp allows. I'm 5'7. I feel I get full around eating 2100 calories but…

And also lose it gives me 1777 to lose half a pound a week and mfp gives me 1650 to lose half a pound a week......why so different?

Yes I weigh everything...and measure. I don't eat back all my exercise calories.....but I'm hungry after I work out so I do eat about half my calories back.

I'm maintaining my weight by eating1500 a day. For me to lose weight I would have to eat 1300 or less a day. I don't get it, when it did my bmr it said 2147 to maintain and 1600 to lose a pound a week. But that's not happening with me, I need help. I'm 5'7 143 pounds.
