I had to change gyms because mine shut when I was looking for another gym I looked at 2.. I went with the one with more classes and a bigger studio because I do more classes than anything else ;) think you need to go with what gym works for you not necessarily the closest to home..

I have more muscle but my legs are leaner I do spin 3 times a week amongst other things ;)

I work with horses and have my own when I wanted to lose weight I joined a gym I go to the gym now because I love it.. Find an activity you enjoy or if you muck out stables for hours you can burn a decent amount of calories!! ;)

Hey you know me I am bin! ;) I reached nearly 6000 calories Christmas eve just over 4000 Christmas day.. Yesterday had 3620.. Gained 5 pounds over Christmas so 3 days but then lost it in 4 days gained 2 pounds over night after last night!! :p
