Attack is my favourite class!! :) I do body pump alot though 4 times a week I used to do combat but my gym only runs it once a week and my work schedule no longer allows for it..

I like a drink I am not trying to lose weight but I have a naughty habit of skipping food calories for alcohol which for someone that needs all the food calories it is just as bad!! I try and only drink when I have the day off the next day.. It usually means on a Saturday I am sweating out booze in the gym!!

I was 103 on Wednesday morning.. I purposely ate 3000 calories for 5 days to gain now reining back into maintenence and hopefully maintain I think I am looking abit healthier.. are you sure you are logging correctly I have mine set at very active to maintain but did actually change it to gain.. I am actually interested in the same question.. think guys can have a lower body fat percentage than woman.. Can't tell if you're pissed at me for telling you that formula just wouldn't work for me.. Myfitnesspal gives me 2020 I have at least that then a fair few of my excersize calories to maintain my weight and not lose..

Spare calories are there if you need them I eat a fair few of mine back am also very active a short person like me to maintain a fairly low weight of 105 pounds gets 2010 calories if I don't eat a fair bit back I will continue losing.. Always over 2000.. I am 5ft 2 and 7st 7 (105 pounds) if I just eat 2000 I will actually lose weight so need to eat a proportion of my excersize calories back I average between 2300 and 2500 to maintain ;)

Am 5ft 2 was up 2 pounds overnight after a curry!! :p 106 (7st 8) I started at 148 pounds (10st 8) in August 2013.. I have just started a strength program at my gym swapping some of my classes and lifting heavier ;)

I use a food scale when one adds calories in chocolate and cake to make up the numbers but also because it's yummy would hardly say I am on strict diet!! :p but yes I weigh out portions cereal, veg etc..

Myfitnesspal gives me 2010 to maintain with my active lifestyle and gym activities it is more like 2500.. I am 5ft 2 btw.. I log mucking out and sweeping when I am working.. So if I muck out a yard of horses I count this as excersize but if I just muck out one horse on my days off I don't.. I also log my gym activities ;)
