mud run

Hi is anyone interested in mud runs I would like to do one in September. I'm in Orlando Florida and I would love to find a buddy for motivation, to loose weight, and train. I'm hoping that this would be the motivation I need to get into shape.

    I am from the UK but I am doing the muddy 5k for cancer research in 3 weeks!! Eeek!!
