Activity settings?
Okay so say you are set as very active.. Some of what you do day to day would already be included in your settings.. For example you wouldn't track bringing in horses, haying the fields, filling haynets, grooming etc.. water weight!! arghhh!
So I did think yay!! I have gained 3 pounds!! this was after a all you can eat meal it stayed on for 4 days then just suddenly dropped off!! :o So water weight what is it? and surely if you eat at your maintenance after a gain you should hang on to the weight? :|

Favourite gym class and most frequent?
Ok just a fun thread see what you guys all like doing :) my current favorite has to be Les Mills body attack!! :D it used to be spin then one night spin was fully booked I did attack instead I absolutely loved it :D So now I do spin twice a week, body attack twice a week and body pump 4 times a week.. alcohol!! problem!!
Okay am obviously not an alcoholic!! But I seriously have become a cheep date!! 3 large pinots and I feel very drunk!! What the hell is wrong with me!! Obviously used to be able to drink far more than I can now!! Do I need more practice maybe?!!

Les Mills body attack anyone?
It is my current favorite!! Love it so much I stumbled across it.. 1 night spin was fully booked so I did attack instead.. Now Monday and Thursday nights are attack nights instead of spin :D Sorry pointless post just wondering if anyone else loves it as much as me!! :p

Hey I actually started using myfitnesspal when I was already pretty much maintaining!! Feel free to add me my maintenance is at 1830 but I am pretty active and have to eat more than that to prevent myself from dropping further..
