Hey I actually started using myfitnesspal when I was already pretty much maintaining!! Feel free to add me my maintenance is at 1830 but I am pretty active and have to eat more than that to prevent myself from dropping further.. I am 5ft 2 and 7st 7 a total loss of 43 pounds never really ment to maintain this low so preventing a further drop is fairly important.. I don't like to drink my calories unless it's worth I.e vodka or wine!!
but perhaps I should at this stage!! Feel free to add me for if you want support in your weight loss journey or if you want to support me in maintenance.. I have just made myfitnesspal diary public so people can view my mostly good but sometimes crappy diet!!
