It sounds like your going through a lot. Like everyone is saying talking things out with a therapist is the best place to start. Emotionally abusive relationships are toxic and it can take a long time to recover. I have been in your shoes I was in an emotionally abusive relationship for 6 years when it ended I hated…

It depends on how active you are throughout the day. I'm 5'4 120lbs and I eat an average of 2000 calories daily. I stay really active throughout the day though.

I've been on the Depo shot for 8 months and honestly I haven't had any trouble maintaining my weight or losing weight. Before that I was on the pill for a year and never had any weight issues then either. I think the weight gain depends on how active you are

It's probably because your not eating enough 700-800 calories is extremely low. You need more calories. I'm afraid you may hurt yourself if you don't get more calories. I'm in college too so I know how easily the pounds can sneak up on you. My goal this summer is slim down before fall semester begins. Don't be ashamed to go to the gym nobody will be watching you. Everyone is there for the same reasons to improve their health or maintain their current fitness level. If you really feel too…

An easy way to get a few extra calories is to drink a glass or two of milk or juice liquid calories count and for me it's easy than trying to force myself to eat food when I don't feel hungry.

I know what you mean I'm also in college so I know how you feel, its difficult to stay on track with all the pressure from social events and late night study sessions. What I do personally is set rules for myself like I don't allow myself to eat after 10pm just water and if I feel like I'm starving a bag of popcorn. I also…

Hey, congrats on the progress. Stick to your plan and it will pay off. Stay around positive people who can embrace the changes you are making and support you. Avoid negativity, it's contagious. I wish you much success with your journey.

You need to eat the remaining amount of calories you have left. If you don't eat enough calories you may lose a little weight in the beginning but your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to the weight you want to lose because it will go into preservation mode. Our bodies store fat for times of famine and…
