You look great as it is, just lose another 5 and see how you feel then. I don't think you should lose anymore than that. Also go by your BMI (taking into account that you won't have the average persons BMI as you have more muscle mass due to lifting)

Use the time that you're helping him to recover, and then once he leaves to go to work, stay at the gym and carry on your workout. Then you can spend longer at the gym!

I'm 5'1 and my highest weight was 118lbs. I am now around 107lbs but look and feel no different from when I was 118lbs. My dress size of a UK10 is still the same. So my goal is to lose another 9lbs to get to 98lbs which is still a healthy BMI.
