Hi all just done wk1 day2 :) felt much better than day 1 managed it all and wasn't as exhauseted as the first one :) think i may have to repeat week one though, i'm loving it!!!!

I agree i had put on 2lb overnight, lots of ppl say ignore the scales and take your measurements instead x

Hi i started w1 d1 of c25k yesterday i absolutly loved it it was really hard and i really had to push myself to complete it but complete it i did, was soooooo pleased with myself looking forward to doing it again after resting today, cant imagine i'll be ready to move on to week 2 after only doing it 3 times though :happy:

Totally agree with you all, i allow myself a small bag of quavers most days because if i didn't come the weekend i'd want a huge bag :tongue:

Well guys i did it and absolutly loved it. It HURT lol was praying for the 60 to end sooner and the 90 to be longer but i did it then went on to do 30 mins of zumba because i felt sooo good, 5k here i come :laugh:
