I know loose skin when I see it lol. I used to have tons of it, now it's sticking around on my belly.

Yes, I lost 150 pounds a few years ago, and then gained 50 back and love how 90% of my loose skin is gone. But now I'm overweight again and my stomach needs work.

Honestly I want to lose more than 3, but I don't know how much yet. Maybe 10-15 at the most. I am actually overweight according to BMI charts. My loose skin on my bellybutton does pull away from my body..I have a little bit of wrinkle underneath my belly button too but there seems to be mostly fat there.

personally I love my hips! I have really large hips and my boyfriend and a lot of men like them too.. but honestly to answer you I have no idea if there is one specific way to lose hips. Maybe biking!

I lost the weight over a 7 year period. I believe as time has gone on the skin has looked better but it could use improvment. I don't even like getting naked around my boyfriend (TMI) and am willing to try anything to tone it up. Thanks a lot for the suggestions.

Yeah I do. I'm on medication. I've had an ED in the past. But my main question is one day wont make me gain weight?

I usually eat around 1800-1900 a day, it's the calories I need to maintain btw.

I only sit in classes 50 minutes at a time, but it takes me 10 minutes or more to walk from my dorm to class, plus going up and down stairs in between every class..I don't know. I'm not going to argue and say im active but at the same time I'm not always sitting around either.

I know I should have eaten better earlier. I mainly snacked on crackers today. I've been really trying to eat better. No I'm not trying to lose. I want to maintain. Burger plus toppings. Mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. Sauces is where the added calories came in.

I know It's good I didn't eat a Big mac (lol) but still I went over by a thousand or so calories. That doesn't make me to happy. I'm trying to remain positive and just do better tomorrow. But it's hard with my history.
