I am only just getting into the habit of having breakfast. I always have coffee with half & half and sweetner. :) This morning I had a whole wheat mini bagel toasted and topped with 1/4 of an avocado. :) Yesterday I had 2 whole grain waffles and some strawberries.

I have a cup of decaf chai tea. I used to keep sugar free jell-o on hand, but the tea is better for me. It takes me a while to drink it and by the time I'm done I know if I am or really was hungry or if I was just feeling snacky.

Wait, what?? Now, that is surprising. Coffee counts as water? I have always just counted plain old water as water, not tea or Gatorade or anything else- even calorie free stuff. Hmmm.
