I have a jar opener, a super old one. It hasn't met the jar it couldn't open yet. Olives- get in my belly!!! :)

Last thing, do you have an Aldi near you? The ones in my town have avocados for $.79 each. At my local grocery store they're $2.79. My friend lives in LA and she gets them 5/$1.00. :-O

I don't like them on their own, but walnuts in a salad is off the chain. I love it with goat cheese, craisins, poppy seed dressing and chicken. And I put them and grapes in my chicken salad. They are $, but not $$$. Maybe buy a weeeee little bag and see if you like them mixed into stuff? The bigger bags are less $ and last…

Today I was stuck and I had a tbsp of PB with a few chocolate chips. Man, that is the way to blow calories. And I second avocado. I spread it on a toasted bagel or English muffin, top with tomato and get to work. I was under today. It's harder some days than others. Stick with it! Oh- olive oil in your salad is good. I…

Maybe my calves? I'm tempted to go with my teeth. My grill was wrecked up before I Invisaligned it. :) But, from a fitness standpoint, I'll go with calves.

Hey, cucumber water with lemon is gooooo-ood and really refreshing. It's like being smacked in the face with freshness after you've been sweating like it's your job. :) And it's cheaper and you can use your own bottle which gets you a +10 for saving the whole, entire planet. Plus, drinking it will make all of your wildest…

I want everyone to know how Sirius I am about my weight loss journey.

I make my own Popsicles in reusable molds... Strawberries, banana or mango, a bit of sugar, squirt of lemon juice. Out of control delicious. 50 +\- calories per Popsicle. :)

Get on it then!! Do something tonight, even if it's a walk or some jumping jacks or push ups. You'll feel better for having it done. :)

You can for sure just eat them, sprinkle them with old bay or lemon or lime, throw them in with pasta and olive oil or butter and garlic with spices, put them in a salad if you have that stuff, make shrimp salad if you have that stuff around. I put them in tacos with a bit of lime juice. Or just eat them. Do you not like…

As far as car metaphors, I always wonder if the car in question is a Suburban or a Prius.

My sister and I looked it up when it came out a few years ago because someone she knew was using it. One of the suggestions on the site was while you get used to the "treatment effects", think about wearing dark pants to work.

I never mind a compliment. But I do kind of hate the gross ones. I like when someone tells me I have a great smile, not so much when someone tells me I have DSL's. One is really nice, the other brings a "you got a real purdy mouth." vibe.

And cookie and cake and brownie and fudge and butter form. :) Just log those calories. ::wink:

Thanks for the replies. I'm definitely going to rest it for a few days. I was really enjoying the workout and I think I'm going to get back to it in a few days but without the jumping. It's so great and gets my heart rate right up, but clearly it's not worth it. I'm almost certainly looking down the barrel at a surgery but…

Mine is open. Feel free to add me if you'd like. :)

I put a little butter on it, then sprinkle Lawry's seasoning salt, then bake. Quick, easy and delicious. I just had it last night. :) This is also great on tilapia.

Mine is open, but I have only been logging for a week. :) I'm not doing anything special. I'm eating the things I used to eat, just a bit less of it and I'm adding in exercise.

I am a fan. I love it smooshed on a toasted whole grain mini bagel with a slice of tomato. I can't imagine a for the rest of your life diet without them. :frown: Also, I love the avocado entry from Thug Kitchen.

Try to snack smart. Like veggies instead of chips or if you want chips, take a cup or 20 chips or whatever a measurable serving is and walk away from the bag. :) Drink something hot. I love green tea and it takes me 15 minutes to drink it. Usually when I'm done, the urge to snack is gone. Good luck!!!

If you have access to one, an Arc Trainer is pretty easy on knees. I have dislocated mine twice and it's been a tough recovery from the second time. I have been crazy nervous about over doing it. I started walking a few weeks ago, but inclines really hurt. I just started the 30 Day Shred this week and was nervous about the…

Oh my god!!! You look incredible. Great work. Really, seriously, truly inspirational. :)

Me! It totally weirds me out. What the hell??? :D I'm hoping its just a matter of getting loosened up or something.

I'm new, too. I think if you reply to a post it will show up under My Topics under Community so you don't have to go looking for it when you want to read it again or when you have more time. I could be totally off, but it's my best guess. :)
