Well, my friend suggested I should try the diet pills she's taking, but it had no label whatsoever. I also don't want to resort to those things bc the adverse effects of those pills might outweigh its "intended use."

I read somewhere that it isn't advisable to "overeat" fruits because of the sugar content and, if you're trying to lose weight, it adds up to your daily caloric intake. Eat fruits with low calories like watermelon, papaya, and grapes.
