  • I do Crossfit 3 days a week, and Boxfit 2 days a week! They are 45 min bootcamp sessions, and are honestly my favourite time of the day! It is always challenging and fun, and (I'm not sure if this goes for all classes, or just mine) always different. I do dispise Burpees, but other than that, it's awesome!
