I would say no, as its a diuretic. I would if it was decaf though! Id log it separate and try to drink an extra glass of water for every 2 cups!

This might sound silly, but my alarm clock is across the room on my dresser. I have to get out of bed to turn it of, so it encourages me to just stay up. With my workout clothes layed out I just change quickly and go!

I have finished week 7, I ate clean (not to their guide), and I didnt lose a pound. I feel more toned, and I can start to see my abs, but other than that...nothing :)

Thanks for all the great ideas! I think I might start running again for a week and bump up my calories, and then next week start into week 6 and see what happens! Its so frustrating concidering how hard Insanity is to not see the scale move, and my measurements arent changing much either!

My post workout shake is a scoop of chocolate whey protein, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 cup of coffee, blended and I have that with breakfast. I used to work in retail...they told me the button is supposed to draw your eyes in making your butt look smaller? When I told customers they loved it and bought a pair, but I dont know how true it is!

I just did my last day of my recovery week, and I burned between 290 and 325 calories. I burned about 135 calories on my cardio recovery, and high 300's to mid 400's for all the other workouts depending.

For breakfast on egg days I do 1 whole wheat english muffin, 0.5 slice of deli cut havarti cheese, and 1 poached egg. I make it into a breakfast sandwich for onlt 280 calories!

I havent gone over in my calories in weeks...tonight I'm 400 calories over after a girls night. I would just move forward and forget if I were you, remember how bad you felt about it, and call it a night! :)

My advice would be this: Take a day and clear out a space in your garage, clean away those cobwebs, dead roaches (poor you!), and dirt thats in there and make it a place you can work out in! I did the cardio recovery workout today, and I found it it be incredibly slow and boring. I mean some things I definately felt and my legs were vibrating, but the burn according to my HRM was like 190 calories. I get its a recovery, but still frustrating for me lol
