I have found that instead of eating three main meals every day, eating a lot of small snacks or small meals throughout the day works for me. I am also hungry often but eating often is OK as long as your net calorie intake by the day's end is under your goal :)

Most movie theaters offer the giant pretzels which are not too bad and you can get them plain (without salt or butter). You can also get a large cup of water and pour in one of those sugar free powder drink mixes instead of getting a juice or soda.

And yes football season makes it ESPECIALLY hard to forego the beer (and wings!)

vodka and diet cranberry or the new diet sparkling cranberry is the way to go! 80 calories per drink! I can only drink so much liquor before craving a nice cold beer though :-P

I can totally relate to this post. It's hard to spend so many years obsessing about weight and not always striving to be thinner than what you are.

what speed setting are you using? I usually find myself getting a mile every 10 minutes of work on the elliptical.
