Thanks! This is great!

I agree! What on Earth is wrong with people who have the nerve to say that to their children?!?!?!?

Uh, you kicked him out after that, right????

Oh, believe me...we both supply our workplaces with plenty of confections! Hahaha! I am guilty, too. Our son is turning 2 in 6 weeks, and I've been practicing with cupcakes. I think he's trying to out-bake me ;) In any case, thanks for the shared experience. I will keep on keepin' on!

Exactly. My bf likes Sofia Vergara. I am not her. Nowhere near. I like Jon Hamm. My bf is nowhere near that, either. We all like to look at shiny things. As long as we still love what we have at home, everything is peachy!

I'm actually thinking of mostly keeping the rotation, but having PV dinners every night, so that I don't alienate my family. This business of making two dinners every night was ok while I was on Spring break (I work in a school), but back to full time work is just not feasible. Ultimately, you need to do what's right for…

Insanity is amazing. Last summer, a week in, I noticed a dramatic change in the cellulite at the back of my legs...two weeks in, it was gone. Who knew something so effective could be done at home?!?

Hi! I am in your corner! I am on day one of a three day attack phase today, and I'm stuffed. I hope I can keep it up for awhile. I'm going to miss rice. I am not going to miss cellulite. I won't miss looking like a sausage crammed into my swimsuit. I'm optimistic. How is your version of the Dukan going? S

I sympathize completely! Running is a whole new animal. I have had my ACL reconstructed twice, and once there's an injury, it's never the same. I do run, though. I find that slow and steady is the only way to go. You already work out like a madwoman - awesome! Start with an interval approach to running. Warm up walking for…

Holy wow! How did you train and diet for that???? Sarah

I have started running on my lunch breaks at work to help get the process back on...I've been cheating on weekends too...maybe too much...lol

There is a "nursing tea" that you can get, it will help increase your supply. You can also try a beer a day. The beauty of nature is that breastfeeding happens on a supply and demand schedule. If you continue to pump or nurse regularly, you will begin increase your supply. Make sure to drink lots of water and eat good…

Hey! I didn't lose with nursing either, since I thought I had to eat more. Ugh. In any event, you burn about 300 calories a day nursing exclusively. Once you start introducing solids, you burn less accordingly. It works out to being about 20 calories per ounce produced (I read in a few places). I can only suggest that you…

I haven't done one of these in ages...if you're pretty fit, you should be okay. However, if you don't routinely lift any weight, you should anticipate some stiffness or soreness for a couple of days. Don't be put off by it. Every class gets easier. Just remember to start with light weight. The class involves lots of reps,…

Because looking and feeling lean and toned and healthy once you've lost weight is so much more enticing. Not to mention that if you put in some extra calorie burning during the day, you can have a little extra "treat" every so often. Sooooo worth it!

Uh, does Tivo count? 'Cuz I like to watch it next day while my little guy sleeps...lol

I have her "30 Day Shred"...I get bored easily, so I throw it in with a few other regular workouts over the course of the week. It's pretty intense. The workouts are shorter, but you have to really put in the intensity. No cheating on form, and no resting. Task master, that girl is.
