I'm reading the book now and am starting this Sunday. I'm very excited and interested to see what happens... I've got my mom, fiance, sister, aunt, cousin, cousin's fiance all doing it with me!! My cousin and I are headed to the Farmer's Market on Saturday to stock on fresh produce!!

I just downloaded a zumba video and can't wait to try it later!! I usually walk on the treadmill (or outdoors now that the weather is nicer) but I want to try something different. An old friend of mine swears by it and does it all the time! I'm hoping to do it at home first by myself until I'm a little more comfortable…

I have the exact same problem! I call them my hollow-leg days because all the food I eat seems to end up in a mysterious hollow leg instead of my stomach!! If I don't eat right away (wait a few hours), then I manage to stay mostly on track for the rest of the day. But if I start with breakfast, I'm done!! I've tried…
