please See a dietitian you'll be surprized how much you really can eat with the right foods. Lean proteins, lots of veggies, water, 2 small fruits a day. The minimum amount of calories per day is 1200. They will teach you all you need to do. I am glad I did it and also my husband went with me.

I had 2 c-sections one 17 years ago and the other 11 years ago. It takes years for that to go away its almost like a fantom feeling! I am just now becoming un- numb in the incision area. That's a whole lot of layers they cut to get that baby out!

aspartame is very bad for you. Its a wood grain alcohol processed into a chemical additive sweetener. I am on a yo yo plateau right now but I think mine is mostly hormonal and sodium. I gain 6-8 lbs during TOM so that's today and I missed 2 months...so sodium, no water, too many carbs, sugar not good! Lots of exercise!

I am a diabetic so for me most alcohol is a big no no.......what I was told in diabetic school is clear alcohol is the only one I can have....1oz no more than 2 oz. so I love regular martinis but lemon drops are my favorite. so I take with me vodka and diet Sunkist lemonade......it is sugar free, no calorie and yummy!

1200 calories is the least per day for weight loss. you need to eat every 3-4 hours. does not need to be more than 30 carbs each main meal. Breakfast lunch dinner and 2 15 carb snacks. when you work out your calorie in take will go up a bit to keep your metabolism working.

I had to go to diabetic counseling for diet, was great for me. The focus was on portion size, carbs, sugar, calorie intake and how to read labels, shopping. Even though I new most of it, I learned a lot! it also helped my husband to support me and eat right as a family.

I am at 4 months now and it stinks.....it was melting off before now I can't get back to my 60lbs I lost I teter between 5-6 lbs....Crazy!
