I think I do that at least 3 times a week, without even thinking about it, sometimes I just dont want me, or anything else for that matter, but I do not eat red meat, and if I do its on very rare occasions. ground trukey, chicken, or porkchops are the meats I eat. And since its so hot meat just makes me feel sluggish.

I log all my exercise, my setting at this point is 1650 calories, and my exercise goal for the week is 30 minutes a day 5x a week. It may be that your body has gotten use to the running, you have to switch up, if your body gets used to a certain exercise then it doesn’t effect your body that much, but if you switch up you’re tricking your body to burn more energy and that in turn burns more calories. I agree with all of the above suggestions. I use the Wii for the majority of my exercise since its so hot outside. But doing the Wii with the kids makes it sooo much more fun. I was playing Tennis on Wii sport and before I know it I was doing it for almost an hr. Another thing is I use it for stress...Like with Wii Sports…

Call me naive, but I honestly did not realize that there are calories in pretty much EVERYTHING that you eat...Something as simple as a grape, or carrot...I am learning A LOT with MyFitnessPal...and it makes me very aware of what I’m putting in my mouth and how much.
