Join a belly dancing class. I think belly dancing is the sexiest type of dancing. When I'm confidant about my body, I'm going to do it!

My tipping point was when I lost my 2nd pregnancy. That's when my dr put in my referral to the weight management clinic. The 3rd miscarriage while I was waiting to hear back really solidified my determination.

This is absolutely mindblowing. You look amazing!! Thanks for sharing, it really gives me hope :D

I'm definitely hoping for some improvements. My sex life with my hubby is very healthy, and we're quite active with it. But I'm not as confidant as I'd like to be, and my stamina is rather lacking. I'm hoping with less weight on my bones, I'll have more stamina and confidance to be more "proactive". I'm a firm believer in…

Thanks SO much for sharing this with us. It really helps to see that someone with such a huge success can still struggle. You're right, it never truly "goes away"....it's all about self control. And if you lose control one night, there's no need to beat yourself up over it. That's been my problem with dieting in the past.…

Thanks, I'm getting through it ok this time around. I just had my D&C yesterday. I'm in far less pain, but it's still coming and going. I'm really coming out of this whole thing with an insanely strong urge to lose weight and get this b*tch under control! (eff you pcos). I'm planning on starting c25k on Monday. I'm sure…

I've already found my soul mate, but here's some of the things on my "list" that he fit perfectly: - must be sweet, caring and compassionate - must love kids (he came with 2) - must love me for who I am, fat and all (lol) - must be responsible in life (no child-men that would rather spend their lives getting drunk and…

Dear PCOS, I've really had enough of your little "gifts"; the dark patches on my neck, skin tags, weight issues (that actually make you worse), the never knowing when I'm going to get my period, having to spend $100's on meds to MAKE my period come and then ovulate, the inability to keep my pregnancies (just miscarried…

This is awesome, congrats on your success so far! I believe it's very important to feel pretty. It does wonders for a girls self esteem. Even men need to feel like they look good! I have this fantasy of pretty shoes and a pretty yellow sun dress when I've gotten down to my gw. Enjoy your new clothes! I hope you have to…

You look great! I'm at your starting weight right now (just starting)...thanks for the motivation and keep up the excellent work! Best of luck!

Congrats, you look amazing!

You look absolutely AMAZING! You're totally an inspiration! Thanks for posting this, including the pics to show us it's possible. Also, congratulations on graduating and getting such a kick-*kitten* job! Sounds like you've been working very hard on a few things all at once. I admire your focus and determination. Keep up…

What a wonderful gift!! Congrats on your success so far. You've totally earned this gift. ENJOY!!

Wow, you can really see a difference! I would have thought it would take more to notice that big of a change. I'm just starting myself so this is very motivating for me. Thanks for posting your pics!! You've now encouraged me to do the same. Excellent job and keep up the good work!

What if you were to enlist a friend (free) to teach you? It's great exercise, it wont hurt your foot (may actually speed healing) and even though you can't do the 30DS right now, you'll still get some sense of accomplishment by learning something that's both new AND useful. Other than that, there's lots of workouts you can…

I've seen those barefoot running shoes...they do NOT look comfortable lol. I was referring to running on my treadmill barefoot vs. with running shoes. I've heard some people prefer to go shoe-free as it gives their feet more freedom to do what's natural

I've heard sucking it in as often as possible helps. I bought myself a dvd from Walmart called "Better Belly Yoga"...it focuses on your core. I'm just getting started so I haven't gotten to that dvd yet but I'll let you know how it works for me

Thanks for the help! I'll check out the link and look into the book

I'm with you too!! I've also suffered a loss. I was about 205lbs at that time (7 years ago). I'm now at 304lbs and am currently infertile due to my weight and pcos. I'm not only on a mission to lose at least 100lbs, but to also get myself healthy so that I can start my own family. Good luck to you!!

Congrats, you look AMAZING! Great job!

I'm going to have trouble giving up cream in my coffee for sure. I just don't enjoy it with milk, but I'm find with powder whiteners so I'll find some that's low fat. Changing from 3 sugars to 1 is going to be tough. And I work at a convenience store, so guess what I have to munch on when I need a snack? Junk food. Lots of…

Stretch marks are scarring in the skin from stretching. They don't go away. But you can lighten them with a tan. I've been told Bio Oil is really going for helping them fade, but it WONT get rid of them. I have lots too, and I understand how upsetting they can be. I have them all over my stomach and breasts mostly :(

Congrats! GO YOU!!!

I'm 304lbs right now. I want to get under 200lbs to start. I'm not sure how long it will take me to lose 105lbs though. 6-8 months would be great. My ideal weight is about 130-140lbs. I'm just so new to all of this, so I really don't know what to expect from myself.
-
What a truly inspiring story! You're amazing! Thanks for sharing with us. I think if you want to keep going, you definitely should. You're at an awesome weight now, but if you think you should get down to an ideal bmi, you should totally go for it. Obviously you can do it. Just look at what you've done so far! You're so…

Welcome aboard!! I'm also new to this site (1 day) and I LOVE it! You're going to find SO much support here! I also want to have a baby, and my weight is preventing that from happening. So I'm taking control, and making myself better so I CAN have my babies!! You will too, and I'll be here to support you!

I think it's sweet that your goal reward is for her. But don't forget to do something for yourself too!

I've always said when I'm down to a size I'm comfortable with (or at least a fairly flat belly) I'm going to do that. But at nearly 27 years, I may be getting to old for something like that?

EVERY woman should have a little black dress. Mine hasn't fit me for about 3 years now, and it's faded anyways. I may have to add that onto my list. Maybe after 50lbs I'll buy one, then again after I hit my 100. Thanks for the idea :)

They're definitely life changing, that's for sure. I can't wait to walk back into the drs office and tell her how she changed my life by refusing to help me until I help myself.
